I build your website and the Growth Engine around those answers. We test the setup on your real jobs, and you confirm it works before paid service starts.

• Your trade expertise. Your estimating method sets realistic prices for the estimator. Your quoting practices, office steps, and homeowners' questions shape the rest.
• Your real jobs for testing. We run each part on work you are quoting and booking, so a wrong price or a missing step shows up before launch.
• 15 minutes of feedback each month. You tell me which features are working for your business and which ones need improvement.
• An honest review if I have earned one. If the Growth Engine falls short, I want to understand exactly why.
• Permission to share results, if you approve. Real examples of calls answered, quotes followed up, and visits booked show what the Growth Engine delivers. Nothing is published without your approval.

As a founding contractor, you show me how your trade prices and quotes, and I adapt each part to your work.

Each part runs the same way in every trade. What it says and calculates comes from how your business runs, so I build these with you.

• Your services. The jobs your trade does, named the way homeowners search for them.
• Your pricing rules. The estimator questions and formulas that turn a homeowner's answers into your price.
• Your website content. The pages, photos, and answers to the questions homeowners ask before they hire you.
• Your estimates and quotes. The lines, deposit, and terms each quote carries.
• Your workflows. The steps your office follows from the first call to a paid job, and when each follow-up goes out.

• Your trade's setup. I configure the services, pricing rules, pages, quotes, and workflows above from what you show me.
• Your trade's shared website. I build it with your company as its first company, on the Pay When Paid Plan.
• Fixes from testing. I correct every wrong price and missing step that testing turns up before launch.
• The starting point for your trade. I set up each company in your trade that joins later from the setup we build, at its own prices and in its own service area.

1. Development, at no charge. You teach me your services, how you price them, how you quote, and the questions homeowners ask. I configure your website, and we test each part on your real jobs before it goes public.
2. Launch checklist. When you sign, we agree in writing on a launch checklist of everything the Growth Engine does for your business.
3. Acceptance. I show you each checklist item working. The whole Growth Engine goes live when you confirm in writing that it all works.

Either of us can stop before launch by telling the other in writing, with nothing owed. The work I build during development stays with Strategic Mind.

• Billing starts on launch day. Your start date is the day the whole Growth Engine goes live. Your founding price starts that day, and you can leave at any time after it.
• The Greater Toronto Area is yours for 3 months. For 3 months from your start date, I sign no other company in your trade anywhere in the Greater Toronto Area, so every request for your trade goes to you.
• Other companies in your trade join after that. Each one starts from the setup we built, in its own service area. You keep your own service area, and a job in an area no company has taken yet goes to the nearest company in your trade.
• Your feedback sets what changes first. Your 15 minutes each month decide which changes I make first for your trade.
• The published rate applies after 24 months. Your 5% founding rate runs for 24 months from your start date.
• What we build stays with Strategic Mind. The founding spot gives you the founding price and a direct say in how the Growth Engine works for your trade. It does not give you ownership of the website or the Growth Engine.

• No charge during development. You pay nothing until the day the whole Growth Engine goes live for your business.
• $0 setup fee instead of $500.
• 5% of qualifying paid jobs instead of 8%, locked for 24 months with no increase.
• No add-on charges. Every part of the Growth Engine is included in your founding price.
